"People are always asking about art lessons. I have taught in several local schools in the past, running a course of 3 afternoons which was well received. However, painting holidays offer many advantages over short lessons.

This is still in the planning stage, I need to see how feasible holidays are, and if sufficient people are interested to make it worthwhile. Plans are as follows:

The holidays would take the form of a week-long art workshop. During this time I will be on hand to offer tuition and advice during the day and in the evening. The group will comprise of no more than 10 students and will be based in a hotel or farmhouse in South Pembrokeshire with full meals provided. We shall have use of a minibus and I plan to spend as much time as possible outdoors, working on location. However, should the weather prove inclement, we will also be able to work indoors.

The holiday will probably last for six days and the price should be around £250, all inclusive.

Pembrokeshire is ideally suited to this type of activity, there are so many different landscape within easy reach and the coastline and castles really are outstanding!
